How can I cancel my order? 

Kindly email the order number and changes to themoonbunnyco@gmail.com .  Do note that we will not be able to perform cancellation once courier service have picked up your order.

What if I received defected items, can I exchange or refund?

Please note that The Moon Bunny will not be processing refund once payment made, however we do provide exchange of product that are found faulty. Please refer to our policy below: 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange within 4 days from the date of arrival of parcel and new item to be collected in 7 days after email confirmation of exchange. 

- Order ID & details must be presented for exchange .
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition packaging.

- Exchanging of item(s) will be done at 1 Sunview Road #04-23 Singapore 626715

All exchange will be done at the discretion of The Moon Bunny.
