When can I collect if I choose Self Collection

How can I cancel my order? 

Kindly email the order number and changes to .  Do note that we will not be able to perform cancellation once courier service have picked up your order.

Do I have to pay for GST?
GST is 100% absorbed by us!

What if I received defected items, can I exchange or refund?

Please note that The Moon Bunny will not be processing refund once payment made, however we do provide exchange of product that are found faulty. Please refer to our policy below: 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange within 4 days from the date of arrival of parcel and new item to be collected in 7 days after email confirmation of exchange. 

- Order ID & details must be presented for exchange .
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition packaging.

- Exchanging of item(s) will be done at 142 Jalan Besar S208860

All exchange will be done at the discretion of The Moon Bunny.

Monetary Refund

For any approved monetary refund, a S$10 admin fee will be deducted. Applicable to all purchase and services.

Can I walk-in to your shop to look around and shop?

We are not a physical walk-in store, 100% appointment (Grooming, Boarding or Workshops, Self-Collection) basis only. You may shop on our online store. 

Why can't I come visit spontaneously?

Our space is designed to cater to Workshops and Rabbit Boarding and have no product display area. Hence we are unable to accommodate walk-in shoppers as noise and crowd control is very important to make the boarding facility conducive for the rabbits. We appreciate your understand on this.
